How to use self hypnosis with brain wave training

Brainwave entrainment is a neurotechnological tool that can facilitate the process of self-hypnosis for healing and change in a fast and effective way.

Changing thoughts and behavior patterns is the central function of self-hypnosis and can only be done effectively by bypassing your critical conscious mind and communicating directly with your subconscious mind, the keeper of your blueprint for how you interpret and react to life.

The entrainment introduces the frequency necessary for self-hypnosis, the theta wave, into the brain in a repeated and rhythmic way, with the intention of changing its dominant frequency. Using a physical principle called response frequency tracking, the brain follows the stimulus and soon imitates or adapts to its frequency, changing your brain state.

Using brain wave training to hypnotize yourself is an easy way to erase your unwanted thoughts or behaviors while installing new and better thoughts and attitudes to improve your life.

Self-hypnosis with brain wave entrainment

· Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and sit in a comfortable chair or bed. You can lie down, but you may be tempted to take a short nap instead of hypnotizing yourself, so it’s best if you sit down. Be sure to wear loose clothing so you don’t get distracted.

Review a short script you have previously written that will facilitate your visualizations later (what new thoughts you want to have, what new ways to express yourself, or maybe new things you want).

Put on your headphones, select your recording and close your eyes. Immediately (within 6 minutes) you should start to feel quite relaxed. That being said, you have to feel positive about the training experience before anything happens. You are always in control of your own mind. Your body will respond by releasing tension, limb by limb. You can encourage this by actively thinking about relaxing each part of the body.

· Focus on the sound of the recording. You should hear rhythmic heartbeats or pulses. Follow their path and as you do so, let any thoughts that arise flow without engaging them.

· As time passes, your thoughts will come less and less frequently. Stay focused on the beats or pulses.

· At this point, you will be aware, but not of your body. You will feel yourself, but not physically.

· This would be the right time to start visualizing your prepared script that you would like your subconscious to accept.

· Visualize your new script in full technicolor and use all your senses. The subconscious mind uses images as its language, so imagine in images and add how that image feels, smells, tastes, feels and sounds like.

The stronger you can visualize your desire, the stronger the imprint will be on your subconscious.

· Hold your new thoughts for a few minutes…really enjoy them as if they were already part of your life.

· When you have completed your changes, focus again on the sound of the recording, following the rhythm or beats, and let yourself go.

· Before you know it, the recording will be over and the last thirty minutes will seem like brief moments.

· Repeat this session over the next few weeks and you will soon see a big difference in the way you interpret and develop your experiences.

Becoming someone who doesn’t stress and takes life easy and calm… it’s not easy. It takes practice and dedication to make it seem natural to your being.

Brainwave entrainment is a very quick way to put you in a trance state and keep you there, aiding your self-hypnosis experience. Your new thoughts and impressions will have a greater effect on your reactions because the training consistently keeps you on the frequency that your programming can change.

Self-hypnosis is a natural state of mind, and training can enhance that experience.
