Many believe and perceive that we are experiencing the most polarized and divided nation, at least, since the American Civil War! Especially in these last four years, during the administration of President Donald Trump, we have apparently seen very little interest in trying to cooperate and seek a meeting of minds, for the common good, but rather a lot of inflammatory rhetoric (which some felt it was populist) and, in general, a negative atmosphere, of, us against them! Instead of the United States, many perceive the divided, referring to certain places, as red states, while others, as blue! Then one of the most controversial presidential elections, in recent memory and certainly the most antagonistic, after mathematics, of the election, and a candidate, who constantly accuses and blames others, while articulating, clearly false, without basis. news, we need something akin to a restoration of sanity and sensible leadership that unites Americans, rather than dividing and polarizing them. President Joe Biden must prioritize, seeking UNIFY, being calm, clear and comforting, and bringing people together, for the common good! With that in mind, this article will briefly attempt to consider, examine, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it is important.

1. Urgent; urgency / urgency; Unit; understand; Useful: The next president, and hopefully future ones, will be prepared and willing to prioritize pressing matters, rather than any personal / political agenda and / or self-interest. You should urge all of us (both your followers and everyone else) to come together and try to understand other perspectives, concerns, etc.! When impulses are helpful and unifying, the nation and its citizens benefit in the long run.

two. Needs: We must begin to identify true priorities and needs, and proactively emphasize them! We cannot ignore relevant and sustainable issues (such as environmental protection, climate, etc.) for the sake of short-term populist political gains!

3. Integrity; matters; instructs; ideals; imagination; ideology: People are more willing to listen and follow when they believe and perceive that a leader has genuine and absolute integrity. Issues need to be addressed proactively, rather than ignored or distorted. The president must realize that it is his responsibility to instruct others, in a way that aligns with the core ideology of the nation, with a relevant and well-considered imagination!

Four. Future; impartial; to flourish; fruition: Presidents of the United States have a responsibility to address present needs, etc., while realizing that what he does (or doesn’t do) has an effect on our future. He must be, both, truly, as perceived as, be, fair-minded, and, do, what he can, to bring the best results and make things flourish. Measure one’s leadership, based on whether the best results and plans are carried out.

5. Yes; you; you: If one wants to serve, in the highest office, in our land, he must recognize, it is his responsibility, and it is not acceptable, to resort to guilt and complaint! You must earn trust and respect by showing that you care about the best interests of the nation and all of its citizens! Our president must be ready, willing and able to say yes, to the best possibilities, approaches and courses of action!

We must all hope and pray that the next president will be able to restore sanity and true leadership to this nation! Joe Biden must prioritize, power UNIFY us, for the common good, in a relevant and sustainable way.
