How to get fat with bad eating habits

To maintain a healthy body, we have to eliminate everything that negatively affects your health along the way. This includes mental habits and eating habits.

Get in the habit of researching food products and learning about them and what effect they have on your body and why. Read books on health and diet. Check out online resources on the anatomy of the body and how different combinations of food and exercise will change the body.

If there is a food you are currently eating, but you are not sure what it contains, take a look online and learn about that specific food.

To achieve weight loss, you can eliminate specific foods completely and just by changing your diet, you can change your weight.

It is your choice whether or not to do so. If sugar overload is the reason you gained so much weight, then it would be wise to stop eating anything that contains refined sugar. Take a look at your current habits and find out what you can change that will benefit you in the long term rather than the short term.

That is not just a quote, but a truth! Eat junk food all the time and be lazy and lo and behold we get fat. No one in this universe is an exception to that rule. You need to be aware of what you are doing and why you are doing it, and you can do this by being aware of what foods you eat, how much and when you eat them, and whether or not you are physically active.

The following are the foods that you can eliminate completely to get more than satisfying results in less time:

a) Sugar. Your body won’t miss it, but your mind and your emotions might. Does a crunchy cream donut sound good to you? How about a packet of candy every day? Eliminate all cakes like cakes, cupcakes, muffins, patties, and anything else baked with fruit syrup or frosting. Cut out all kinds of sweets or junk foods that you eat every day or every other day from your diet. STOP DRINKING REFRIGERANTS COMPLETELY. Your body will thank you.

b) Fat. Eat fat and you will get fat. Let’s reformulate that: eat bad fats and get fat and be unhealthy. It really is that simple. You need good fats in your diet. If you eat chicken, remove the skin. Sources of saturated fat are French fries, baked goods, red meat, and other fried, baked, or fried foods. Saturated fats and trans fats also come from hydrogenated oils. Healthy fat is found in fish and nuts. If you really want to, you can remove all meat and fish, as our bodies can survive on vegetation and water alone.

c) Eliminate all dairy products. You don’t need milk to grow “big and strong” like the commercials say. The journal is also a great source of saturated fat. Eliminate milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream. You can supplement the milk with soy milk. Surprisingly, soy milk tastes much better than milk and is also a good source of vitamin D; just look at the GMOs. You can live without dairy products, and eliminating them will greatly help you lose weight. If it’s “mainstream,” it’s probably not in your best interest at the moment.

d) Eliminate a large carbohydrate intake. I don’t know who started to say that carbohydrates are fattening, but it is not true. Carbohydrates are the main source of energy for your body. Like I said, if you eat more than you burn, you will gain weight, which means that if you keep piling on carbs, you’re also piling on the calories they provide. It doesn’t matter if you have a great metabolism or not, you will gain weight anyway. The reason I say cut out a large carbohydrate intake is that carbohydrates are often the main dish in many meals. Some may have toast for breakfast, noodles for lunch, and rice for dinner.

e) Get rid of empty calories. This means stopping drinking alcohol, even occasionally. The truth of the matter is, you don’t need alcohol to survive. Your body will be fine without it. It will not only help you lose weight, but it will also prevent one from looking and acting like a fool. You and I know what happens to people who have had too much to drink and regret a lot the next day after drinking. It is a waste of money, a waste of time, and people get fat and keep getting fat because of it. Empty calories also come in the form of comfort food.

I honestly cannot tell you to quit smoking if you are a smoker, as I smoke cigars myself. At the very least, you can quit smoking. If smoking is keeping you from breathing or losing weight, it’s time to quit. The more you smoke, the less air capacity is available to your lungs. It is not good for exercising. If a person cannot walk or jog because they smoke too much, it is definitely time to kick the habit.

Eliminating bad habits and supplementing them with healthier habits will give you a healthier result. Eat lean to stay lean. Eat bad fats or eat too much and you will get fat.

You may also want to change other habits, such as being wiser around the people you hang out with or the way you handle stress.

Eliminating stress is a bit more difficult for some people, but it is absolutely possible. Stress destroys the body’s immune system. Stress will weaken the body and allow diseases to spread and grow.

Stress leads to inadequate and overeating. Many people under stress eat foods that they think, consciously or unconsciously, will help them emotionally. Emotional eating is another bad habit that we must avoid at all costs.
