The low-carb menu has about 1,200 calories per day. For low-fat menus, you can choose the calorie level that is right for you, either 1,200 calories or 1,600 calories per day.

You can also choose the amount of food you want. If you like to cook yourself on the weekends, you can order just one order 5 days a week. Do you like to make your own breakfast? Then order lunch and dinner.

How much does Diet to Go cost?

As you might expect, using a diet delivery service costs more than grocery shopping. I’ve done the math and the most expensive Diet to Go option is the low carb diet, 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. That works out to $ 149.99 a week. The low-fat menu is $ 25 cheaper. The shipping cost added another $ 16.95 to my order, and this may vary depending on where you are in the US. They ship from two different locations (Virginia and California), so it should help keep mail order rates reasonable.

If you want to save money and cook a little at home, then 5-day meal plans with just lunch and dinner cost less than $ 100 per week. If you really just need to monitor your eating habits and portion control at the office, this might be your best option. Each meal costs around $ 10 for the low carb, so compare that to what you’re spending for lunch and dinner if you tend to do that every day.
