To get the most protein from food, you should eat it raw or boiled, because if you cook meat with spices, you will lose a lot of protein as it is removed during the cooking process. If you think a high protein diet will help you lose weight, you should also remember that it’s the amount and not the source, you can also get more protein from natural foods like nuts and seeds and these whole foods are much better for you.
