Time management for trainers

Time management is a fun thing to do, its based on “to-do lists” and the world
and your friend claims to have the best time management tool available.
and they claim to make you work smarter, not harder, etc.

The only problem is that not many of them have practical value in the fact that we use them for a week and then throw them away. It seems to be fashionable to always be “busy”. Ask anyone you know, and in all likelihood, you will have “a lot to do.” Is this a social factor? Or do we really have too much

Focus your energies on one thing at a time
One reason we don’t do enough in one day is that we try to do so much
in one go. Focus on one thing at a time and keep doing it until you have
got where you want to go.

Know the value of five minutes
It’s shocking how much you can do in a short amount of time. For
