The importance of physical development to fuel your CHI

The development of your physical being is vital to the full functioning of your Chi. The human body is the fortress of your Chi. You must be aware of the importance of strengthening your body to ensure that your Chi is safe and vibrant. Your body needs to be fit, flexible, and fully functioning for your Chi to flow properly throughout your body. An individual should be aware of the fact that a body that is not properly conditioned blocks the Chi meridian lines, thus blocking the proper flow of Chi to all parts of the body. All parts of your body need the energy that Chi provides to function properly. The lack of energy in your vital organs causes them to not fully function and creates an environment ripe for disease.

In the initial stages of the development of your being in general, you need to master the physical body. This involves conditioning and strengthening the entire body. As the physical body is changing, you are also becoming aware of the connection between mind and spirit. You realize that change requires effort and is not as easy as you hoped. You may want to give up, somehow believing you’re not cut out for fitness or giving some other excuse as to why it won’t work for you. Rather, you can learn about yourself, strengthen both your mind and spirit, and persevere to connect with your Chi. In the end you realize that you can draw on your inner strength to persist, and it is your determination that will allow you to rise to the challenge of developing your physical self. This is a time when you really train your mind and spirit, and understand the connection between your mind, body, and spirit.

The real benefits of physical training come when your body starts to feel sore and sore. This is when the mind wants you to give up. You must persevere; the pain will decrease and your physical condition will improve. This process strengthens both your mind and your body. Continually following the Power Chi series of workouts “The Power of Three – Feeding Your Chi” will eventually lead you to your goal of physical development.
