There are some very interesting things in this Spider-Man sequel. First of all, it involves Doctor Strange, who unlocks a new multiverse. From there, Spider-Man starts to fight Spider-Man villains from different universes. It looks like a lot of trouble for our hero. Not to mention he gets a brand new costume.
The latest trailer does give a lot of new information about the movie, but it does not reveal any spoilers. One big thing to know is that Garfield and Maguire will play characters in the movie. The two will save M.J. from certain death, but it is not clear which one will save her. Also, the movie trailer shows that Doctor Strange is anxious to meet more characters, which could hint at past Spider-Men.
No Way Out Trailer Breakdown
The No Way Home trailer does not give much away about Spider-Man’s origin story. The Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire Spider-Man movies went into detail about the character’s origin, but the No Way Home trailer leaves that open. If this happens, there will be a new origin story for the character.
The No Way Home trailer also references the death of Gwen Stacy. This could be setting up a redemption arc for Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man. The death of Gwen Stacy in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 struck a chord with fans. Nevertheless, this trailer is far from complete, so it’s too early to tell if Andrew Garfield will be able to save her.
If you have seen the Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer, you know that Peter Parker is a nerdy superhero who can’t resist superhuman abilities. The trailer shows him jumping at villains from three different directions, but one is missing. Despite this, the movie does not show the ‘Sinister Six’ – the other villains are Michael Keaton’s Vulture and Tom Hardy’s Venom.
As the No Way Home trailer reveals, Spider-Man’s black suit contains magical components. The suit even includes mystical runes on the forearm. Despite a lack of specific details, it is possible that this suit was gifted to him by Strange. It may also be an old suit enhanced with the help of magic.
