To achieve weight loss, all you need to do is STOP eating foods that contribute to weight gain (simple carbohydrates) and start eating foods with fewer calories and more nutrients (protein and complex carbohydrates). In addition, eating nutritious food and drinking enough water will make you feel better and will also improve your mental health and your overall mood. This will increase your motivation to stick with a healthy weight loss diet and continue to watch you lose weight over time.
